The Clue

A man was found hanged in his home. There were no obvious footprints or signs of struggle at the scene, and it was initially ruled a suicide. The medical examiner found liquid residue on the deceased's thumb and needle marks on his arm and neck. However, the medical examiner discovered a crucial clue on one part of the deceased's body, and the suicide ruling was revoked.
